A new Public Records Act may come into effect on the 1st January 2024 in The Netherlands, including changes to the treatment in the Senate and the House of Representatives and the elaboration of the Archives Decree and the Archives Regulations.
The updated planning about the Archives Act, the Archives Decree and the Archives Regulations is available on the Knowledge Network Information and Archives.
