1966. Üleliiduliste ehitiste finantseerimise osakond nimetati ümber Üleliiduliste ja liidulis-vabariiklike ministeeriumite ja keskasutuste ehituse finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakonnaks, Vabariiklike ja kohaliku tööstuse ehitiste finantseerimise osakond nimetati ümber Vabariiklike ministeeriumite, keskasutuste ja kohalike nõukogude ehituse finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakonnaks.
1974. Loodi üldosakond ja kaadrite, töö ja töötasu osakond.
1975. Loodi Töö teadusliku organiseerimise ja arvestustööde komplekse mehhaniseerimise osakond. Moodustati NSVL Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariikliku kontori Linnavalitsus.
1976. Vabariiklike ministeeriumite, keskasutuste ja kohalike nõukogude ehituse finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakond reorganiseeriti valitsuseks, kuhu kuulusid kaks osakonda: vabariiklike ministeeriumite ja keskasutuste ettevõtete ehituse finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakond ja kohalike nõukogude ettevõtete ehituse finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakond.
1977. Moodustati Ehituses töötasu fondi kulutamise kontrolli osakond, kaadrite, töö ja töötasu osakond reorganiseeriti kaadriosakonnaks ning töö ja töötasu osakonnaks.
1979. Üldosakond reorganiseeriti kaheks osakonnaks - kantseleiks ja majandusosakonnaks.
1982. Likvideeriti Töö teadusliku organiseerimise ja arvestustööde komplekse mehhaniseerimise osakond ja organiseeriti Arvutusmasinate informatsiooni mehhaniseeritud töötlemise osakond kontori arvutuskeskuses. Likvideeriti kantselei ja loodi Asjade Valitsus.
1984. Moodustati üks osakond: Vabariiklike ministeeriumite, keskasutuste ja kohalike Nõukogude ettevõtete ehituse finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakond.
1985. Moodustati raamatupidamis arvestuse ja aruandluse osakond.
1986. 1. Vabariiklik kontor Tallinnas: plaani-majandusosakond; liidulis ja liidulis-vabariikliku alluvusega ettevõtete ehituse finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakond; vabariikliku ja kohaliku alluvusega etevõtete ehituse finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakond; töövõtuorganisatsioonide krediteerimise osakond; tehniline osakond; projekttööde finantseerimise ja krediteerimise osakond; ehituses töötasu fondi kulutamise kontrolli osakond; asjade valitsus, majandusosakond, kaadriosakond; raamatupidamisarvestuse ja aruandluse osakond. 2. Tallinna linnavalitsus 3.Kohtla-Järve osakond 4.Tartu osakond 5.Narva osakond 6.Pärnu osakond 7.Valga teeninduspunkt 8.Viljandi teeninduspunkt 9.Võru teeninduspunkt 10.Kingissepa teeninduspunkt 11.Rakvere teeninduspunkt 12.Paide teeninduspunkt 13.Haapsalu teeninduspunkt 14.Jõgeva teeninduspunkt 15.Arvutuskeskus

1990. Operatsioonivalitsus, Tööstusosakond, Osakond Kohtla-Järvel.
1996. Enne Hoiupangaga ühinemist oli panga struktuur järgmine: Peapank, Kallavere osak., Lasnamäe osak., Tööstusosak., Tartu osak., Valga osak., (Sangaste ja Tõrva osak.), Narva osak., Jõhvi osak.(Kiviõli osak.)
NSVL Ülemnõukogu Presiidiumi määrusega 07.04.1959 likvideeriti ENSV Kommunaalpanga Eesti Vabariiklik kontor ja NSVL Tööstuspanga Eesti Vabariiklik kontor reorganiseeriti NSVL Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariiklikuks kontoriks. 1961.a novembrist alates eraldati NSVL Ehituspank NSVL Rahandusministeeriumist ja allutati NSVL Ministrite Nõukogu Rahvamajandusnõukogule.
Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariikliku kontori koosseisu kuuluvad Ehituspanga osakonnad Kohtla-Järvel ja Tartus, ja teeninduspunktid Narvas, Rakveres ja Pärnus. 10.04.1967 vastavalt NSVL Ehitupanga juhatuse käskkirjale nr 298, 02.04.1967 Narvas asuv teeninduspunkt Narvas reorganiseeriti NSVL Ehituspanga Narva osakonnaks. NSVL Ehituspanga juhatuse käskkirjaga nr 107, 05.10.1970 määrati NSVL Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariikliku kontori juhatajaks A. Alev. 1974.a detsembris avati teeninduspunkt Viljandis, 05.07.1976 Paides ja Võrus. NSVL Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariikliku kontori juhatajaks määrati A. Hellart, kes asus ametisse 10.09.1976. 27.12.1977 loodi NSVL Ehituspanga teeninduspunkt Kingissepa linnas, alates 29.12.1979 Haapsalu linnas, alates 01.10.1980 Valgas ja alates 28.09.1981 Jõgeval. 1981.a avati Pärnus NSVL Ehituspanga osakond. NSVL Tööstus-Ehituspanga käskkirjaga nr 21, 29.09.1987 reorganiseeriti NSVL Tööstus-Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariiklikuks kontoriks, 1988.aastast NSVL Tööstus-Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariiklik Pank. 1988.a märtsis muudeti osakonnad Tartus ja Narvas teeninduspunktideks. 1989.a lõpus likvideeriti teeninduspunktid Pärnus, Rakveres (dokumendid anti üle NSVL Agrotööstuspanga osakondadele), Narvas ja Tartus (dokumendid anti üle NSVL Elamu-Sotsiaalpangale).
1990. a jaanuaris asutati 66 juriidilise isiku-osaniku poolt Eesti Tööstuse ja Ehituse Kommertspank (ETEK). Kommertspank hakkas tegutsema tollase NSVL Tööstus- ja Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariikliku Panga (hiljem reorganiseeriti Üleliidulise Riikliku Tööstuse- ja Ehituse Kommertspanga Eesti Vabariiklikuks Pangaks) ruumes. 01.04.1993 moodustati Balti Ühispanga (UBB) Majaka filiaali baasil ETEKi Majaka filiaal ja Tartu Kommertspanga Valga filiaali baasil Valga osakond koos Tõrva ja Sangaste teeninduspunktidega. 25.01.1994 likvideeriti vastavalt Eesti Vabariigi määrusele NSVL Tööstus- ja Ehituspanga Eesti Vabariiklik Pank. 06.10.1994 reorganiseeriti OÜ Eesti Tööstuse ja Ehituse Kommertspank Aktsiaseltsiks ja avati Kallavere osakond. Osteti Sotsiaalpanga Jõhvi filiaal ja avati see koos Kiviõli allosakonnaga. 1994 tekkis klientidel esimene võimalus arveldada ja infot vahetada modemside vahendusel - toote nimi oli Rahaliin. 24.10.1995 avati osakond Tartus. Veebruaris 1995 moodustati Tööstuspanga Liisingu AS - 100% tütarettevõte. Astuti Keskdepositooriumi liikmekd ja Tallinna Väärtpaberite Börsi aktsionärideks. Aastaks 1995 oli ETEK 85% erakapitalile baseeruv pank. Kinnitatud nimekujuks sai Eesti Tööstuse ja Ehituse Kommertspank (Eesti Tööstuspank ETEK) The Estonian Commercial Bank of Industry & Construction (The Estonian Bank of Industry). Eesti Tööstuspanga Nõukogu otsustas 21.06.1996 juhatuse tagasi kutsuda. 24.08.1996 kirjutati alla krediitasutuste liitumisleping Eesti Tööstuse ja Ehituse Kommertspanga ja Eesti Hoiupanga vahel, mille alusel ETEK liitus kui liituv krediidiasutus Hoiupangaga kui liitva krediidiasutusega. ETEK lõpetas tegevuse likvideerimismenetluseta ja Hoiupank jätkas tegevust AS Eesti Hoiupank ärinime all.
