ENSV Põllumajanduse Ministeeriumi Eesti Linnukasvatuse Valitsus
ENSV Põllumajanduse Ministeeriumi Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamade Trust moodustati 1950. aasta oktoobris vastavalt ENSV Ministrite Nõukogu määrusele nr 845 (03.10.1950). Trusti moodustamise materiaalseks baasiks sai Põllumajanduslike Ühistute Keskliidu (PÜK) Linnukasvatuse Kontori ja linnukasvatuse ühistute varad ning inkubaatorite remonditöökoda (ENSV Ministrite Nõukogu Büroo koosoleku otsuste protokoll nr 34 (22.06.1950)).
Põllumajandusliku ühistegevuse Keskliidu Linnukasvatuse Kontor andis Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamade Trustile üle järgmised haude-linnukasvatusjaamad: Ambla, Elva, Haapsalu, Jõgeva, Jõhvi, Käina, Lelle, Paide, Pirita, Põltsamaa, Pärnu, Rakvere, Rapla, Saku, Tartus, Vasalemma, Viljandi, Võhme, Võhmuta, Võru, Väike-Maarja, Valga, Räpina.
Esialgu olid Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamade Trust ning haude-linnukasvatusjaamad riiklikul eelarvel. Trusti põhimäärus kinnitati 10.08.1950.
Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamade Trusti juhtkonnas oli koosseisunimekirja järgi 11 inimest. Struktuurilist jaotust ei olnud.
31.03.1951 kinnitati Trusti uus põhikiri, mille järgi trust sai isemajandavaks organisatsiooniks. 1951. aast algusest viidi ka kõik haude-linnukasvatuse jaamad isemajandamisele.
ENSV põllumajandusministri käskkirjaga nr 20-9 (05.01.1951) anti Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamade Trustile üle veel Abja, Kurtna ja Valjala haude-linnukasvatusjaamad, mis allusid seni vahetult ENSV Põllumajanduse Ministeeriumile.
ENSV Ministrite Nõukogu määruse nr 163 alusel toimus haude-linnukasvatusjaamde liitmine kolhooside parema teenindamise nimel, 26-st jaamast jäi järele 15.
Kurtna jaamaga liideti Pirita, Saku ja Vasalemma jaamad
Paide jaamaga liideti Ambla ja Võhmuta jaamad
Põltsamaa jaamaga liideti Jõgeva jaam
Rakvere jaamaga liideti Jõhvi jaam
Tartu jaamaga liideti Elva jaam
Valjala jaamaga liideti Käina jaam
Viljandi jaamaga liideti Võhma jaam
Võru jaamaga liideti Räpina jaam
Abja, Haapsalu, Lelle, Pärnu, Rapla, Valga ja Väike-Maarja jaamad jätkasid eraldi.
ENSV Põllumajanduse Ministeeriumi ringkirjaga nr 5 (26.02.1954) viid alates 01.01.1954 Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamade Trust ja kõik haude-linnukasvatusjaamad uuesti riiklikule eelarvele.
Administratiivkulude vähendamise ja administratiivkoosseisude koondamiseks likvideeriti 1954. aasta veebruaris ENSV põllumajandusministri käskkirja nr 54 (28.01.1954) alusel Lelle Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaam, varad ja funktsioonid läksid üle Paide Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamale. ENSV põllumajandusministri käskkirja nr 565 (27.12.1954) alusel likvideeriti Rapla ja Põltsamaa haude-linnukasvatusjaamad.
ENSV põllumajandusministri käskkirja nr 474 (29.12.1956) alusel lõpetas tegevuse Viljandi Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaam, varad ja funktsioonid läksid üle Abja Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamale.
ENSV põllumajandusministri käskkirjaga nr 495 (27.12.1956) viidi Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamade Trust ja kõik alluvad haude-linnukasvatusjaamad uuesti isemajandamisele.
ENSV põllumajandusministri käskkirja nr 7 (16.01.1957) alusel organiseeriti Rapla rajoonis Mahtra kolhoosilt eraldatud maade ja hoonete baasil Järlepa Tõulinnukasvatuse Katsemajand, mis hakkas varustama haude-linnukasvatusjaamu puhtatõuliste veelindude haudemunadega. Kuna Järlepa Tõulinnukasvatuse Katsemajand suutis varustada vaid Põhja-Eesti jaamu organiseeriti taoline majand ka Lõuna-Eestis.
Kooskõlas ENSV Ministrite Nõukogu korraldusega nr 152-k (11.02.1958) organiseeriti Sakala kolhoosi baasil Põltsamaa rajoonis Sakala Tõulinnukasvatuse sovhoos.
ENSV Ministrite Nõukogu korraldusega nr 332-k (13.03.1959) anti alates 01.01.1959 Tallinna Linnuvabrik ENSV Rahvamajanduse Nõukogu Liha- ja Piimatööstuse Valitsuselt üle ENSV Põllumajanduse Ministeeriumi Haude-Linnukasvatuse Jaamade Trusti alluvusse.
1960. aastal tegi ENSV Põllumajanduse ministeerium ettepaneku muuta alates 01.03.1960 Järlepa Tõulinnukasvatuse Katsemajand tõulinnukasvatuse sovhoosiks. Ettepanek kinnitati ENSV Ministrite Nõukogu korraldusega nr 287-k (03.03.1960).
1961. aastal viidi Kurtna Linnukasvatuse Katsejaam ENSV Loomakasvatuse ja Veterinaaria Teadusliku Uurimise Instituudi alluvusse.
ENSV Ministrite Nõukogu määruse nr 312 (07.07.1965) alusel nimetati ENSV Põllumajandussaaduste Tootmise ja Varumise Ministeerium ENSV Põllumajanduse Ministeeriumiks. ENSV Haude-Linnukasvatusjaamde Trust nimetati ümber isemajandavaks Eesti Linnukasvatuse Valitsuseks, millele allusid Abja, Haapsalu, Paide, Pärnu, Rakvere ja Tartu Haude-Linnukasvatusjaamad; Järlepa, ja Sakala tõulinnukasvatuse sovhoosid, Keila, Mäetaguse, Põdrangu (koos Tamsalu Linnuvabriku Ehituse Direktsiooniga), Roela ja Sindi sovhoosid; Tallinna Linnuvabrik.
Nimetatud määrusega kinnitati ka Linnukasvatuse Valitsuse struktuur: Juhtkond, Tootmisosakond, Ehitus-Mehhaniseerimisosakond, Plaani-finantsosakond, Raamatupidamine.
1965. aasta lõpul allutati Järlepa ja Sakala tõulinnukasvatuse sovhoosid NSVL Tõulinnukasvatuse Trustile.
Vastavalt ENSV põllumajanduse ministri käskkirjale nr 171 (08.07.1969) "Linnufarmide perspektiivsetest väljaehitamisest ja haude-linnukasvatusjaamade süsteemi otstarbekaks reorganiseerimisest" peeti majandite varustamiseks kõrgeväärtuslike tõutibudega otstarbekaks ühendada alates 01.07.1969 haude-linnukasvatusjaamad spetsialiseeritud sovhoosidega järgmiselt:
Roela sovhoosile liideti Rakvere ja Paide haude-linnukasvatusjaamad, Sindi sovhoosile liideti Abja ja Pärnu jaamad, Mäetaguse sovhoosiga liideti Tartu jaam, Põdrangu sovhoosi kontrolli all oli Tamsalu Linnuvabriku Ehituse Direktsioon ja Tallinna Linnavabrikuga liideti Haapsalu haude-linnukasvatusjaam.
EKP Keskkomitee ja ENSV Ministrite Nõukogu määruse nr 470 (01.10.1971) ja ENSV põllumajanduse ministri käskkirja nr 256 (17.12.1971) "Munade ja linnuliha tööstusliku tootmise ja edasise suurendamise abinõude kohta" alusel anti alates 01.01.1972 Eesti Linnukasvatuse Valitsuse alluvusse üle Ranna sovhoos. Sama käskkirja alusel liideti Keila sovhoos Ranna sovhoosiga põhitootmissuunaga tõulinnu- ja tõuveisekasvatus.
ENSV põllumajanduse ministri käskkirja nr 241 (07.12.1971) ja Eesti Linnukasvatuse Valitsuse juhataja käskkirja nr 25 (22.12.1971) alusel anti alates 15.01.1972 Tamsalu Linnuvabriku Ehituse Direktsioon ja asjaajamine üle Põdrangu sovhoosile.
ENSV põllumajanduse ministri käskkirjaga nr 222 (01.12.1972) kinnitati Tallinna Linnuvabrik Tallinna Näidislinnuvabrikuks.
ENSV Põllumajandusministeeriumi käskkirja nr 103 (30.04.1982) alusel liideti Harju rajooni Kostivere sovhoos Tallinna Näidislinnuvabrikuga.
NLKP Keskkomitee ja NSVL Ministrite Nõukogu määruse nr 151 (17.02.1983) alusel ja vastavalt ENSV Ülemnõukogu Presiidiumi 25.03.1983 seadluse p 1 alusel likvideeriti ENSV Põllumajandusministeerium ja moodustati ENSV Agrotööstuskoondis.
ENSV Agrotööstuskoondise käskkirja nr 1 (07.04.1983) ja Eesti Linnukasvatuse Valitsuse käskkirja nr 5 (22.04.1983) alusel likvideeriti Eesti Linnukasvatuse Valitsus, funktsioonid läksid üle Loomakasvatuse Peavalitsuse Linnukasvatuse Valitsusele.
