Dzieje ustrojowe

Do tego czasu proboszczami parafii byli m.in. Wojciech Zygmunt Czarnołęcki i Marcin Czernecki. Od 1705 roku proboszczami parafii w Kopyczyńcach byli: Tomasz Franciszek Paciszewski, Kazimierz Jan Byczkowski, Józef Sławęcki, Stanisław Pilśnicki, Franciszek Szczepankiewicz, Jan Obarzankowski, Jan Woynarowski (dziekan jazłowiecki), Aleksander Grządski, Mikołaj Białkowski, Władysław Liberowski, Ferdynand Majewski, Stanisław Tenerowicz (do 1928 roku). W 1803 roku (13 XI) parafia otrzymała wezwanie Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Marii Panny, a patronami parafii zostali św. Józef Oblubieniec i św. Wawrzyniec męczennik, natomiast dwa lata później rozpoczęto budowę kościoła murowanego. W 1819 roku parafia pobierała dziesięcinę dworską z dóbr należących do hr. Baworowskiego (z miejscowości Kopyczyńce oraz stawu rybnego), do hr. Józefa Cieleckiego (z miejscowości Kotówka, Hadynkowice i Oryszkowice), do hr. Kopyczyńce od połowy XVII wieku aż do września 1939 r. pozostawały stale w rękach męskiej linii rodu Baworowskich, którzy posiadali prawo patronatu parafii rzymskokatolickiej. Potomek Mikołaja – Józef (1822-1885), dziedzic Kopyczyniec, utworzył z dóbr Niżbork – Chaharówka ordynację. Jego wnuk, Emil Maksymilian Baworowski (ur. 1909), syn Rudolfa (1865-1931) i Fanny hr. Chorinsky, żonaty z Elżbietą Żółtowską, był trzecim, a jednocześnie ostatnim ordynatem, właścicielem Kopyczyniec. W 1939 roku parafia Kopyczyńce liczyła 5 220 osób, a miasto nie zostało dotkliwie zniszczone w trakcie działań wojennych. 25 marca 1944 roku do Kopyczyniec wkroczyła armia sowiecka.

Please select amongst the relevant tips we can help with. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Starting your search here will include all content available in Archives Portal Europe. Simply enter your keyword(s) and hit the search button. Wrap fixed expressions in quotation marks, e.g. “French Revolution”. Check the box to “Search each term separately” in case you are looking for documents containing at least one word, but not necessarily all keywords; this will also allow you to search for the same term in multiple languages at the same time (e.g. “French Revolution” “Révolution Française”). You can also use wildcards - find more about Research Tools here. If you would like to use more specific settings, try our Advanced search

The additional advanced search options give you the possibility to focus your search in:
